Happy Thursday!

It's a beautiful day here (compared to yesterday) and the weekend is almost here. That deserves a big whoo-hoo!

I'm suppose to go to see Enrigue Iglesias tomorrow night. I don't know if we'll go or not. It'll depend on how I feel after work. Sometimes I'm just too tired to drive the 45 minutes there. I think we may go because a couple that we are close with are going to go. We don't get to see them much because they live in VA and we live in MD. We mainly see them when we meet up in DC for a show. I think we're going to try and do dinner before hand tomorrow night. Of course that is all subject to change

I think we're finally going to go see a beautiful mind this weekend. Of course that is subject to change as well We fly by the seat of our pants here.

Good day all. So far so ordinary for today. It is cold and wet outside and all I want to do is sleep and not work. Oh well it is almost the weekend. Might go over to the in-laws tonight for a visit. If not I'll make some banana bread. We'll see what will happen. I hope everyone has a good day.

Sunny here as well and today I get to prepare the garden. Gonna fire up the tractor and start spreading all that wonderful fertilizer Racer has so graciously provided! LOL I am planning a canning garden this year, I want to have a lot of goodies in our root cellar for next year. Mike is going to prune all the fruit trees and we will be restringing the grapevines. I will let Racer out in the backyard as we work and it should be a really nice day. Everyone take er easy and smile, the weekend is at hand.

Warm and sunny, here. Projected high temp: 86. Today is my younger son's 24th birthday. HOW did I become the mother of a grown man? It is, also, Bill's and my monthly anniversary date night. Dinner at Joe's Crab Shack! Opie got out of bed, before noon! I, actually, checked him over, to see if he is sick. He's playing with the strings on the miniblinds so, I guess he's OK.

Its so gorgeous here! Almost feels like spring, almost!! But, they are predicting a cold spell for the weekend. What a bummer because I see some buds coming up in my garden and I am worried a frost now might inhibit them. I can't wait for the tulips and daffodils to appear!! Then I know spring is really here!!

I have so much to do today, so I don't why I am sitting here in cyberspace procrastinating. I haven't done laundry in 4 days, which is near a catastrophe. I have a load in the washer, one in the dryer, and two waiting on the floor. ICK, I hate laundry!! And my daughter likes to "help", so as I fold and put it in the basket, she is right behind me unfolding and putting it on the floor. And she really thinks she is helping, and I don't have the heart to tell her to stop....so its like an hour to fold one load.

Beautiful sunny day here, too.

Since it's March Break, I'm planning to take the kiddo to the zoo today. Tomorrow I think we'll go see E.T. She's been on the ride at Universal Studios, both Florida and California, and talks about it all the time. I think she'll be okay with the movie if we go together.

Getting slightly discouraged about the job hunt, but I knew that would happen. My skills are 6 years out of date because I've been home, and since this is American Airlines' hub, since 9/11 there are some people with amazing skills applying for the same jobs I am. Still, there must be something out there for me.

AHHH we are going shopping for the babies today! They will be so happy......we plan on bringing home food, litter, treats, toys, some cat grass, and a new water fountain ....and anything else I can fit into the cart! Then later tonight we might be going out to dinner with some friends. Happy Thursday everyone!

All this talk about sunny weather and here it is snowing. And it was 60 degrees yesterday, and planning for 60 on Saturday! Spring is such an odd season here.

Not much going on today. Hubby's DJing gig switches from Thurday night to Saturday night this week. I've really gotten used to him being gone Thurs. nights. It's turned into a Mommy and kittens night where we play and snuggle all night without Daddy. Honestly, I'm going to miss that But the babies and I can still play and snuggle, there's just Daddy there to interrupt.

it was a beautiful day here yesterday but today it's back to the white/grey gloom.

i woke up at 7:00 and was at the hospital by 8:00 for a CT, x-rays, talks with doctors.

i didnt get home till 11:00

i'm very tired, i dont know if it was the tests or not getting enough sleep or both
but i just want to go back to bed for the rest of the day.

Happy Thursday everyone! Well, the weather here has took a dramatic turn! The temp is in the teens...Brrrr! Today I have my last final for the quarter. Yeah! Tomorrow is Friday! Hang in there everyone.

If I may ask, why all the tests? Unless of course it's not my business, which is fine too.
