So, who believes in ghosts? I've never had a ghostly encounter, but I'm working in my office at our covent right now - a VERY old building, where lots of old nuns have passed away, including the Sister who's bedroom this used to be. Since there's usually not anyone here on the weekends, I'm also on the third floor all by myself right now. Or am I?

I believe in them. At my work, it's been rumored that a man walks around the clinic wearing a lab coat. People have seen him out of the corner of their eye, and while our kennel staff are there, unexplained turning on/off of lights have been reported too!

That would kind of creep me out, too.
I'm not sure if I believe in ghosts or not, but there is some creepy wierd stuff out there that just can't be explained.
But the good thing is, if you "aren't alone", you're there with your fellow nuns who were probably good, peaceful people in life, and are now watching over you like guardian angels.

That's sweet of you to say and so very true!

I just heard a voice ask, "Is someone up here?" It WAS another one of our Sisters, fortunately a live one!

I was at this office building until late in the night. There was no one around. As I walking to the elevator, I heard a "ding" and the doors to the elevator opens. There was no one in it or more importantly no one around .... sooo who pressed for the elevators?

Not too sure if I believe in ghosts and those stuff but I thought even if it was a ghost, it must be a really helpful and friendly one to press for my elevator.

More than likely it was someone on another floor that pressed the button to your floor. They may have made a mistake or they could have been playing, like I used to do, by hitting buttons on the elevator and then jumping out before the doors closed.

I do believe, absolutely. I do think I've had a couple of encounters. I do think there are many, many things we don't yet understand about life and death and the laws of physics. In fact, I have a notion to start a thread where we can tell our stories...

I don't believe in ghosts and they don't believe in me either. I have no paranormal experiences.
