If someone is an organ donor and their family is willing to allow it AND the recipient is fit for it, I don't have a problem with this. Severe disfigurement of the face is terribly traumatic. Imagine not having a nose, lips or chin. Or having extensive, severe scarring on your face. You probably wouldn't want anyone to see you like that, and it would probably have a major effect on your mental health.
Of course the recipient would have to be mentally and emotionally fit for the transplant, but as long as they are then I think it's a great thing. It may give someone a new lease on life, same as any other transplant.
