Hi all. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to help Tabitha's new problem. Her nipples are huge

, as she has about 2 weeks or less to go and they are very dry. I will pet her belly now and she cries. They are even crusted. Is there anything that you know of that I can do to help her? Thanks!
