Oooooo! I make that sometimes. Usually I do it in rice so I can use the soup like gravy on the rice.

BTW...can I come for dinner...so far I'm having pickles.

I'm having grilled chicken on a whole wheat tortilla with onion, red pepper, fat-free cheese warmed in the nuker, and topped with chunky salsa.

Another delicious way to do breasts is lay them in a glass dish. Then chop up some canned artichoke hearts, about 2 tblsp. chopped sun-dried tomatoes, 1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise and about 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, mix together and spread over the tops of the breasts. Sprinkle a little parmesan on top - don't add any liquid. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 40-50 minutes. These will be juicy, moist and utterly delicious.

I have three words: AWESOME. DO. IT.

In case that isn't abundantly clear to everybody, I would just say that I was intrigued by this treatment, and filed it away for the first appropriate moment. That moment was tonight, and Linda's not pulling your leg.

Congratulations! It took me a while to get the hang of cooking meat. Baking it is my favorite, but I can still make a really juicy chicken on the stove.

I'm thinking about getting a George Forman grill so it'd be faster.

Actually you can omit the sun-dried tomatoes completely and it will still be awesome.

I've done it both ways.
