I was cleaning house today and found some used but in ok condition blankets I was going to go donate them. than i thought..of the homeless man just down the road again. So I packed up the blankets and some sweatshirts I was going to get rid of. And went driving. I found his stuff. He wasnt there. So i left it. As well as Three cases of Bil Jac food. He has a dog that keeps him company.

What a nice gesture. I cannot imagine being homeless in the Minnesota winters!!
Last yr there was some work done at the plant my husband is at and the found a "nest" behind some of the shrubbery. The assumed a homeless person was staying there.
This was late fall too.

How sweet of you. That made me feel good, thank you. At least i know there are people in this world that care about people other than themselves.

Thanks everyone. I felt really good today when I drove by he used the food for the dog and they were both cuddled in the blankets
I found some old hats and gloves here in the house as well of my dads. I dont know why I had them.lol but i asked if he wanted them back. He said nope. So I will drop those off as well
and as long as i have spare food I am gonna drop that too. sure feels good to help. I may not have much but I can share what I have.

The other day DH brought home a box from a corporate client. When I opened it, it contains a holday assortment of bows, ribbon, wrapping paper basically everything to wrap Christmas gifts. As I don't really need it I was plannig on donating to to like the salvation army, or local women's shelter so that they can wrap gifts that they buy with donations.
