Well, I used to call my ex-husband `Homer' because he looked like Homer Simpson. Seriously. And I actually married him...

This is toooooo funny! Here I am at almost 56 years old, over 250 pounds,so early in the morning that I`m still in my nighty ,and don`t have my teeth in yet....and I`m standing in front of the mirror measuring my ears!!!
My husband has always teased me that i have little ears too...but I assumed it was because he was comparing it to his Dumbo ones.....but maybe they are small....they are about the same size as yours...and i`m certainly MUCH bigger...so they they would have to look smaller on me!
Talking about size of anything.....who gets to say what "normal" is anyhow? People get too paranoid about things like that.....I used to do a LOT of sewing for weddings...and often between the bride and bridesmaids...when they`d come for fittings....the conversation would turn to the size of boobs. Of the hundreds of girls and women I`ve seen with not much on...I`ve yet to find one that was happy with the size of her breasts...they are either "too small" or "too big" or not the "right shape", "uneven", "too droopy" and on and on and on.
I think we need to try a little harder to accept ourselves just the way we are...UNIQUELY DIFFERENT THAN ONE ANOTHER. (I mean, don`t we ENJOY all the differences we see even in our cats?) VIVA LA DIFFERENCE !!!

Looks like you're not alone, my ears are 5.4cm from top to bottom too. I have never measured them before but was curious after reading this as I know Ive always had pretty small ears. oh well.... what other things can we find to measure? Hands? Mine are 14.5cm from the bottom of my palm to the top of my middle finger.

P.s Im 5'4"

The only scales i have is a little food scale that only goes to 2 and 1/2 pounds and I`m sure that would`nt weigh them. (For those of you with tiny boobies...please don`t be jealous....remember the rest of me is BIG too!)

I guess that scale would work for me
I could put both on at the same time
And I guess the rest of me goes with the small boobs

When my hubby was in the Navy for over 25 Yrs his nick name was Grumpy
When I met him 9 yrs ago I figured out why they called him that, and I have had to tell him a few time why
I alway's tell him he looks like he just killed someone
in other words pretty mean looking
( But he's not at all) Just to serious all the time

I'm 5'8'' and my ears are 2 1/4 in. long and 1 1/4 in. wide. People always say how cute my ears are because they have a chubby part on top that makes them look like baby ears. I don't particularly care for ears in general. I think they're really weird, and if people don't clean them well, then they're gross.

I'm 5' 2" and my ears are pretty much the exact size of yours. Just remember though that as we age, our ears, nose and feet continue to grow!

I was out with the office folks one night and there was a gentleman at another table with the biggest ears I'd ever seen. One of the fellows in our office said something in French to one of the other fellows and they laughed. I asked him what he said and he told me - he said they had commented on how this man had all that equipment and it didn't work. I know I shouldn't find this funny, but I did.

Yep, ears keep growing - surely you've all noticed those lovely elderly gentlemen with satellite plates on the sides of their heads???

Luckily it appears that it's only a tiny amount otherwise we'd all end up needing slings to hold up our heads!!

I don't think I could handel ears that size, plus I don't think I wanna.
My Mother was only about 4ft 10 in and very small, she used to always comment about how you shrink as you get older
I guess I won't be all that tall somewhere down the line

that reminds me, there's a record for how far someone could propel a dime with their earlobe, it was 10ft and 10.5 inches
