Although not an emergency vet call, I would certainly take Itty to the vet on Monday and ask the vet to do a skin scraping to see if it is parasitic in nature. It could be that, or she could be in pain and be over-grooming herself in response to it, but only a vet will be able to tell you. If these are rings that are scaly on her fur, she could have ringworm and if that is the case, you need to be careful with her so you don't get it.
