New TCS Member!

I've already posted a couple of times, and forgot to introduce myself! LOL

My name is Caitlin and I have one cat. His name is TyTy. He was adopted from our local SPCA at 10 weeks of age and is now 9 months old. He belongs to me and my boyfriend Zach and I swear he's a GSD in a cat's clothing. Him and Mali (our GSD) are such great friends.. I will have to show you guys the videos of them wrestling. Its so cute. He also likes to walk on a leash in pet stores, going up and meeting and greeting other dogs and people. He's awesome!

Now onto the questions...

I'm a regular on forums, and even administrate one myself, but there are two things I'm curious about on this forum..

The Debate section. For some reason I can't post there. Do I have to have a certain number of posts to do that?

And custom avatars. I notice alot of people have them, but I can't upload one..

Any answers appreciated. Glad to be here!

Nevermind. I did some searching and answered both questions for myself.

Thanks everyone again, but I just remembered a question I had earlier..

When I first joined the forum I did try to PM a "Mentor" about a question (which I found out the answer to now) but it would not let me PM them. I experimented trying to PM others and it won't let me at all. Any answers?

Are you over 18? No PM's allowed for minors.
If you are ... post a question about this in the Announcements or Technical forums.
You will get a quicker answer there from an expert.

You mentioned when you first joined the forum you couldn't send PM's - that's probably because you need to be a member for awhile before you can use PM's. So you're not having any problems now?

already asked - but are you over 18? thats the first question - if you are, then it looks like you have selected to not have pm's activated or your account has no pm's activated. I cant even send you a pm.
