Both Dexter & Sadie have had intermittent soft stools over the past couple of months. I have been looking at various brands of food to see if I could find one to try that has fewer ingredients than their current food.

Dexter has scent sacs that plug so his vet wants him on a higher fiber diet.
After researching Royal Canin's options I decided to try...
Skin Care 30....
http://www.feline-nutrition.com/skincare.htm

I looks like a good formula to me. There is no corn & it is fairly high fiber.
I am going to go very slowly with this. I do not want to upset my kitties tummys with this change.

Unfortunally ... RC does not have a canned or pouch food.
I don't know what I will do aout that but for now....
Let the food change stress begin.

Any ideas about other options?

We've had our new , 7 month old Ocicat kitty two weeks tomorrow
. Her breeder recommended RC Special33(even though it's an 'adult' formula) as she refused to eat anything for the first 48 hours. She LOVE'S it! We give it for 'dessert' AFTER she has eaten her sliced FF canned meat.

I'm impressed with it but don't overfeed with it.

Hi,
Sensible Choice has canned cat food, and the company is owned by Royal Canin. I bought my kitties Nutro Natural Choice canned food because I really like the ingredients. I just fed it to them for the first time tonight, and they loved it.
