Low cost spaying

I'm trying to help out a member on another forum, that has essentially rescued a barn kitty, she would like to get the cat spayed, and I know there are some low cost spaying places out there, but I jsut can't remember where I find a list of them.

Im looking for a place in BC, more specificlly, the lowermainland (southwestern, BC).

Can anyone help me find a place, so I can help her?
