well, i have a fair bit of scrapbooking stuff given to me a while ago by my sister in law and i finally got an album a few weeks ago, i want to do an album of my furbabies but iv'e never done one before, i do have a huge book on scrapbooking and there's the scrapbooking channel on fox but i still can't seem to work out what to do, especially for the front cover.

i have glossy photo paper and can print my own photo's, so that's a plus but i'm still stuck on ideas lol

i need a title and would love some ideas on how to set it all up, i was thinking of fur babies photos or something but i don't really like the sound of it.

thanks!

oops, okay, it's not a whole channel but it's on a lot, it's on the 'how to' channel and it's called DIY scrapbooking, there actually very good but they focus a little too much on children and baby albums sometimes, they need more pet ideas

lol, i think it's cool for parents to be able to keep memories of their kids but i would really love to see more pet and holiday scrapbook ideas too, especially because i don't have kids
either way, it's a cool channel

Under the cats, mostly.
I've never seen it, but there can be some really neat ideas on the net too
As for the title of your book - why don't you just put "THE BRAT PACK" on the front - after all, it's only you and your family who need to understand it, right? My mum had this enormous scrapbook of funnies from the newspapers - not the three squared comic strips, but the single square (usually done by Kipper Williams) that was saying something daft about this weeks politics, or latest TV show, something of that nature. Oh yes... and the "Love is..." series. REally you can put in absolutely anything you can think of

Good luck, I'm sure it'll turn out just fab!

I get a lot of ideas from ebay auctions. There are lots of people who sell ready made pages that you just add your photos too - its a great way to get ideas just by looking at them - and I know there are pet ones because I have done a few for my furbabies

I used to scrapbook, but I got bored with it. I had a kit that had a bunch of stuff in it, and the materials gave me ideas, so maybe you could get one of those. Plus, everything matches.

I used lyrics from songs that would work for Cupid, and grouped similar pictures together. I made a special page with the important dates: his birthday, when I took him home, and when I took him home again. Sticker words that have things written on them like, "curious" are good for picking a theme for a page.

It's really fun, but there's just so many choices and options it can be overwhelming. That's why I liked to stick with the kit, and what it had. It was a pretty good one--I got it from QVC and they had a lot of other ones.

That's a good idea! I would have never thought there would be pages you could buy. What category are they under in scrapbooking?

How about "Little Loves of My Life" for a title?
Maybe do some cute "comic-type" picture of critters on the front (so that you are not leaving out any new "babies" that you get over the years) and a few paw prints walking around or over the pic might be cute.
Thanks everyone for the web sites...I`m going to check them out myself...I do scrapbooking and make 3D cards too....so i`m always looking for new ideas!
