WHat is everyone having to eat this holiday? My family is doing the typical turkey, mashed potatoes & gravy, hot rolls and butter, ham, fruit salad, green bean casserole, and all the stuff to nibble on like chips, crackers, veggies, cheese, meats, & dip.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Hope everyone is enjoying this day, I got an early start this morning and am taking a short rest.
The Turkey is stuffed and in the oven. I baked my bread and the desert this morning. Hubby is picking over the green beans for me and is also in charge of peeling the potatoes. Dinner will be ready by 3:OO, we are having stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, stuffed mushrooms, green beans, home made rolls pumpkin pie and a lemon cake for desert.
My son is coming for dinner, so it'll just be the three of us since all of our family is on the east coast, and we will be eating until our buttons pop off. Anyone planning to start a diet tomorrow?

Now, that is a silly question. Everyone knows you can't start a diet until the pumpkin pie is gone!!!
The turkey is in the oven, the pies are baked and in the fridge. In about an hour I start peeling potatoes, and finish with sweet potatoes, stove top stuffing, green beans and rolls.
