what is your fav. kind of cat?

I like tonkinese, black cats, siamese, and too many more!!! I like all cats because there is no such thing as an ugly cat.

If you're talking about favourite breed of cats, I would have to say it's a toss up between Siamese and Bengals, and I have both breeds.

i don't have a siamese but i have a tonkinese, which is sorta like a siamese.

Well my fav. breeds are Norwegian, LaPerm and Singapura, and all the others of course. I voted for there's no such thing as an ugly cat

You should have seen how hard it was for me to vote. Mica is siamese (actually Balinese) and Rocket is a tabby moggy. I felt like picking one would betray the other so I went with there are no ugly cats. But it took some time to come up with that!

Okay, I'm not so overly fond of a sphinx... there's just something about a airless cat that doesn't quite sit right with me, but I can still love them all!

I like moggies (although, I LOVE all cats) the best...and out of all the moggies, I have a soft spot for tabbies and little dilute babies...I wonder why?!

It has to be Sphynx.... I have always loved Siamese and Devon Rex as well.

I love all cats but some of my favorite breeds are Russian Blue, himaylian, tabby, black cats, and ones that are really friendly

I love ALL cats around the world, but of course I have a preference for Russian Blues.

ok well truth is before i became a cat owner(when i joined this site) i actually thought there was only persian or siamese and the rest were "just cats" so i guess I have to say all cats are my fav. Im trying really hard to tell myself I can't afford another one lol. I don't need another one. GOSH I WANT ANOTHER CAT lmao!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd be interested to hear about other people's experiences with pure-bred cats, and how/if they're different from moggies.
The first cat I ever met was my neighbor's cat, growing up, and she was a lovely Siamese mix named Angel; all white with black points. I became forever enamored with cats after knowing her. She followed me around like a dog!
My orange tabby males are both easy-going, even-tempered, sweet cats; my butterscotch toms also. Does anyone else out there have an opinion about personality traits having anything to do with color?
I've had the closest connection with female brown tabbies; also, one dilute calico. They have been the most intensely bonded with me, and actually possessive of me. (which is good and bad!)
Maybe I'm crazy, or this is just my personal experience that has NOTHING to do with the cat's color or marking. Just curious.

Also-- I would LOVE to hear what Bengals and Savannahs are like from those who know them. I found a site that promotes actual banning of these hybrid cats, and there were claims that these cats actually kill other cats in the household, injure their people, etc. Is this true?
I have met 2 pure-bred Servals; what awesome, beautiful, friendly animals. I'm sure I couldn't accomodate a full-blooded one.

I had to vote for ALL cats, of course... but I must admit that I'm a fool for Norwegian Forest cats. I've never actually seen one in person, but the pictures just enthrall me.

I was hoping for just such a kitty as a companion for my Clyde, but as we all know, you can't choose kitties on the basis of their appearance. Little Pearl came along and stole my heart, and that was that.

I really love Bengals!

But I voted "All cats" cuz I think they are all beautiful and wonderful in their own way!
