Idea.......

I know this has probably been brought up before but I was wondering if the admins have ever thought about having a chat room on TCS. I think it would be really nice!

I've been thinking the same thing! A chat room, if possible, would be very nice...

It has been brought up time and again and declined by the webmaster. With most people chatting anyway in MSN, Yahoo etc.. it is doubtful a chat room will ever be a part of TCS.

Yeah but they dont have CAT CHAT! All you get in there are trolls and spammers!

If they won't allow members under 18 to use the PM, what makes you think they'll put in a chatroom?

I second that, zoggy. I only got to use PMs for a week after i joined before they cut the minors usage. It would be nice to have a chatroom.

I think, though it would be better than PMs because if someone was doing or saying smtg innapropriate it would be known and they could be kicked off... unlike with PMs which are only seen by the people that send and recieve them.

The problem with chatrooms is the fact that anyone can make an account and go in there and say something naughty. Maybe they could try limiting it so that only users with 100 or more posts could access it.

The rules on the PM's were set up for specific reasons, not on a whim. I am sorry you are so disgruntled about this, but it will not change the rules. PM's are off limits to all minors amd it is highly unlikely that TCS will ever host a chatroom.
