I have had just about enough. I have exams and tests and essay all scattered over the next few weeks - not to mention a slew of relatives birthdays that I haven't gotten anything for yet.

In the last week Dax has had trouble with her anal sacs and has been in to the vets for treatment (1050kr) - Thats alot of money to a student.
I lost my purse biking home from class.
I fell on some ice walking to the little store up the road and hurt my hand - my right hand that I write with.
The final insult - some creep stole my bike yesterday while I was at class.
It's not even new!

I know it doesnt sound like much, I mean I'm grateful I'm alive and I have a warm place to sleep at night but this week just feels like I have a curse on me. The bike hit me the hardest - it's my only form of transport and I just can't afford another one right before christmas.
It makes me so mad to think that they stole it from outside the study building - they knew it must have been a students bike.

I have a huge essay test tommorow
No, bike - means I have to get up 40mins earlier and walk in the freezer that is our weather right now. Knowing my luck I'll get hit by car.
Right now I'm going to have a good cry and eat the rest of the chocolate buttons I have stashed in my Hello Kitty tin

Sheesh. It never rains but it pours.

But it sounds like you're due for some good luck now! Maybe you'll wake up Christmas morning and find a new bike under the tree.

Or at least a bunch of sweaters and socks you can EXCHANGE for a bike. :-)

Today was about a 3.5/10 on the crap-O-meter

Forgot my notes for class.
I loaned a bike for the day - fell off and scraped my knee because it's too darn big and then on the way home I managed to shred the front tyre on something and my groceries simultaneously exploded from their bag out onto the road trying to escape me.
Oh and Dan's mother rings saying she is coming over to visit on friday AND saturday

My week just keeps getting better...

Anyone want to trade lives?

Haha! actually, I'm probably one of the few people who doesnt mind getting socks - I'm so bad at buying them so its good I get some otherwise I would just have a heap of old ones with holes in them.

Wow, you've had crappy luck!
I'm sending you some "get some down time to relax" vibes. Take care of yourself or you will get sick from stress. Trust me on this one.

Thanks for the good wishes everyone

Maybe we can start a "Bad Luck Club" for those of us that are having a yucky time at the moment - each meeting must begin and end with the ritual eating of the soothing chocolate.

I'm trying not to let it all get to me but thats easier said than done.. Tense is my middle name right now.

Milky cocoa will fix my problems for at least a few minutes
