Hmmm News.

So today Steve told me, that his big head honcho district fellow told him. They will be opening a Store in his hometown Evansville, IN next year. Everyone also knows Steve is trying to get to be a store manager. The guy told him with a grin, according to Steve and said "But you know you didnt hear this from me"

SO Steve in his way is somewhat excited. Not getting his hopes up at all. But excited. I am luke warm...

I know I did tell him if he got a store manager job, as long as i got my critters I would go anywhere but, WI...lol no offense but i dont wanna be a cheese head. thehehe.

Store manager would be a substantial pay raise for him. I would not have to find outside work. I could focus on the critters, and my showing and training of horses, dogs and cats (not the training part obviously )

Lands cheaper there and more places to rent with farm home..a plus

Closer to his kids..a plus and kinda minus to cause that means close to the evil ex...could get me in trouble.

Minus ALL of my family is here in Minnesota. And doubtfull they will be able to travel much to see me.

Minus the process of moving two dogs, 14 cats and two horses.

Minus. I dont wanna be closer to his ex..lol

Minus his family doesnt like me ...they havent met me..but they say i am "another "insert second ex's name here"

Minus the latest actions with Alex

Plus we could probably cure those and most likely get custody.

As you can see I am torn. LOL of course we dont know if this even WILL happen. but this is a very real possiblity. He had only been with the company three months when they promoted him to DEPT manager. So he is doing very very well within the company. And his store manager and district guys love him.

I think i will just bang my head on the wall til next year sometime lol

I know thats why I told him I would move anywhere but WI lol

Oh gosh yes I can see your torn to bits It would be nice to have the new job, plus a nicer place, plus not really having to work outside the home, just minus all the minuses It alway's works out

Yeah. We shall see what happens I guess.. its not til next year. of course I keep reminding steve techinally next year is about a month away lmao

I was waiting for that - I made my BF stay up last night because I had to see them win!

Back to the original post - the time spent on the animals would be great and I am sure Steve would like being closer to the kids (even if it does mean an ex as well) and his family will eventually just get used to you. But leaving your family is so hard, I have been here 2 1/2 years and I am still homesick.

Ok there is a bit of a difference between Canada - UK and Minnesota - Cheeseland so chances are you can still see and speak to your family often, especially if you would not have to work outside the home you could visit them
