I went today finally!
It went great we clicked right away! She wants to see me weekly for a while, and have my meds changed since I am so depressed. Any way, my homework for this week is to think of my goals.
My first goal is to stop using food as a coping mecanism. (sp?)

I'm glad to hear that you and your counsellor click..that is the first step. I wish you continued success with your sessions...just take it one step at a time

Good Luck - have you heard about the 70 day challenge for a better life? Its something I did with friends a while back - its more about being organised with a hectic schedule but the little changes in it can make you feel so much more in control. If you want some more information just PM me

Well, you've already hurdled over one of the biggest steps - finding a counselor who you click with! Good for you!

Congratulations on taking steps to take care of you. It's so much easier to take care of other people (and cats LOL) than it is to do what you need to do for yourself. Best of luck and hope things look up for you soon!!!
