Well it is sometimes, but at certain times, i just want to sit and cry, and dont want Peaches anywhere near me.

Oh, don't reject Peaches... I'm sure she does want to cheer you up, but she also wants YOU to cheer HER up. She misses your kitty, too!

Those are cute pics!!
You mention katie being half bobcat... but i couldn't find her picture. Why do you think that? I have never seen a bobcat hybrid...

I've been going thru a bad time too, and all my cats try to cheer me up, whether it's Pooka comingo to sit with me with his near-silent purr, or Perla the mad snowshoe, running all over the bed and then coming for her pats...

when i get upset my two always come and make a big fuss of me.

when i have period pains jupiter even kneads my stomach! no-one believes he does this! or he'll just sit there like a furry hot water bottle until the pain stops.

Oh and I know he is half bobcat because as soon as we got him, we brought him to the vet because he was in really bad shape and only 5 weeks old, and they told us that. We found him in the middle of the street in country, you know like full of wildanimals, so it makes sense, although I dont know how a domestic cat could breed with a bobcat unless the bobcat was really small or the domestic one was really big haha. I dunno, Dodge is pretty big, he's very fat, about 20 pounds, and hes black and white. I have a pic of him on my cell phone but my cell is not currently working so I dont have a pic of him to post yet.

No, mine do it to, and mostly it's the males. Nyan (who is a carey) won't come anywhere near me ever, unlesss there's food to be had. Perla (snowshoe siamese) makes lightning visits to be petted, and Reya spends most of her time on top of me anyhow.

Normally Pooka is the most empathic to my feelings, but even Popoki and Moussaka, who normally ignore me, will keep me company if I'm not feeling good.

Another thing that I find curious is that normally it's Pooka or Aisea with me, but if they have to do something (eat, drink and other basic essentials ) they meow softly, and another cat comes to take their place
