Last night I had a dream that I was swimming and somthing pulled me under and I couldn't get to the surface. I woke up and Duke was sitting on my chest and meowed at me. I am thinking that most of my bad dreams can be routed to inconvenient places that my cats sleep. I'm lucky I didn't actually stop breathing with Duke the 25 lb wonder impacting my airway.
Anyone else have nightmares brought on my their cats?

Well, not a nightmare, but... just the other night, I had a dream involving a big building I was trying to find my way through, and all of a sudden, I found myself in a big clinch with a long-ago former boss, being thoroughly kissed!

I woke up and my Clydie was standing on my shoulder, purring and giving me fuzzy little kisses.

(Yes, my old boss DID have a mustache...)

:-)

I mentioned this in another thread, but not too long ago I had a dream that I was endlessly scooping a GIANT litterbox and just couldn't get all the clumps!

Movin' on up!
I once dreamt that a semi was idling in my front yard. I awoke to find Itty Bit (a past cat), with her nose in my ear, purring her little head off.

Under the cats, mostly.
it's funny how many dreams are linked to the outside world.... anyone ever dream of an emergency alarm or a siren and woken up to find it was just the alarm clock? Or dreaming you were walking along a pavement and you step off a kerb and you jolt yourself awake only to find yourself on the floor? What about the ones where you dream of lots of water and discover you really need to pee!! The brain is a marvellous thing!

Incidentally, I usually have that dream from another perspective. I often see my brother pulled under the sea and I can't get to him to pull him out.
