My husband and I were just talking about that. We can't remember life before we had internet access! Isn't that pathetic??? We've only been online now for about 4 or 5 years, but it seems like a lifetime. And I truly don't know how I researched things, or did any sort of "communications" with places. Scary.

It's so true. I remember getting my first computer at home in 1996. I was so busy being fascinated with it that I didn't even bother with the net for a couple of months. I think the first time I went online I was in some AOL chatroom until 4 in the morning. We all get to tell our kids and grandkids that we lived in the BI (before internet) age.
That reminds me of that one commercial - some broadband ISP - where a popup box tells this guy that same thing. Both my and hubby's first thought was "OMG, he went to ALL of the porn sites!?!?!?"
