Whats my Obligation?

On calling the dumb landlord back. I am getting overly irrated. He called yesterday at some point. I wasnt home,neither was Steve. But once again he did not leave a message. The only reason I know he called was I saw it on his caller Id. I have no idea what it could be about we paid rent already *rolls eyes*

So whats my obligation on calling him back, since he couldnt leave a message?

He doesn't seem like the type to leave messages, he didn't even leave messages when your rent was late if I recall correctly. Maybe he is calling because he needs to do some sort of work to the house. If you want to know call him back... If you don't want to then don't. I wouldn't stress about it.

Well i know hes not the type to leave them. I just wanna know if I am obligated to call him back or not LOL..him..do work? HA! Yeah..sure.....right, Yup...So sure about that one..

LOL sorry we have had to do all our own repairs.

Your not legally obligated to call him back if that's what your asking.... But if you want to know what he is calling for then the only way to find out is to call him back.

I really dont care. Its probablt something dumb. Or he has magically forgotten we paid rent. (he has done that before) Steve called him. And of course got no answer. So he left a message. how hard is that LOL

I say no message , I dont have time to play call back girl
