litter trouble again

my 5 month old kitten is pooing in the tub and peeing in front of the backdoor how can i stop this she use to do this before but she stoped for a couple weeks but now shes doing it again.

HELP PLZ

Is it possible to move the litter box into the bathroom?
If she poops out of the litterbox, put it up and place it in the box.Pick her up and gentley show her that poo goes into the box.As for pee, if you catch her, gentley pick her up and place her into the box.NEVER scould her as that will only scare her and she'll think the box is bad.

i have 2 litter boxes one in up stairs bathroom and 1 in down stairs bathroom i have a 7 year old cat 2 but she gos in the litter box i clean it out every other day.
