There is no need for a book, in my opinion, to learn how to cut and paste images or text. The first thing you copy or cut stays in memory until you highlight something else or exit the program. I have Paint Shop Pro 8 and I learned from the reading the HELP section in the program. The book that came with the software is a decent basic guide too. Most of what I have learned over the past 13 years is by trial and error. I simply tested/played with features in the program until I understood it's function.

Nonetheless, if you need assistance, I can try to help you as best I can.

You can also do a search for "PSP tutorials" & you find so many tut's... it would take you ages to do them all!

In Paint Shop Pro 8, it's easy to resize your picture. From the top menu, choose IMAGE and then RESIZE. I normally use RESAMPLING with the option of SMART SIZE because you don't loose image quality with photos. After I resize, sometimes I have to Sharpen the image slightly.
