So last night I put up our Christmas tree!

Anyways, Harley was doing really well, I gave him a box to play with to deverte his attention else where. Anyways, now I catch him just laying underneath the tree, not hurting anything tho, all I can think about now that I'm at work his him knocking down my big pretty tree!

(I'm going to post pictures of the tree in a bit!)

So if possible, can I get some good Christmas tree vibes?!

Oh yeah-check out my new winter siggy! Made by Cagnes!
I just LOOOOOVEEE it!

I know its kinda blurry-but its all lit up!

Its so hard to see the decorations, but they are light blue, light purple, with clear lights, I'll have to take closer up pictures later tonite!

These are mine and John's stockings, they match the tree!

And last but not least, Harley's stocking! I just love it!

Mackenzie the tree looks lovely!
but if Harley's been at it you have to take a picture of it, because one of our members Robin (Kittykook) did a before and after shot of her tree last year and what a mess the cats made of it, it was hysterical

Oh lets all pray that I don't have to take that picture! I spent $70 on decorations last night, and if they are broken, he will be going back to the store with me explaining why I need to buy more!!

Thanks Linda! I got his stocking at KMart-hurray!

I'm so glad its done and over with too! It was a hassle but we did it!
I am going home this weekend and my mom has a bunch of decorations for my apartment so I will be decorating more on Sunday when I get back, but that won't be nearly as bad as decorating the tree!

Beautiful tree! Wonderful! So let's hope that Harely thinks the same thing and will respect and adore the tree like us, rather than tear it up recklessly and leave it a mess for when you get home...

And I really love your new siggy too!

Maybe you'll get lucky like I did...my cats never did climb the tree. Not even as kittens!
Ophelia LOVES to lay under the tree, especially with a velvet tree skirt (which eventually became part of our everyday decor...they just loved it so much!) They did take down a strand of garland one year. I think they tag-teamed that one. Trent was tall enough to get it down, but Ophelia liked to play with it.
Other than that, there is one ornament that Ophelia likes to bat at, so that one is put on the bottom for her.
Trent is interested in helping to put the tree up, but after that he's none too concerned (until the presents with RIBBONS come out! and he's such a "help" with wrapping presents.
)

So my friend just went to my apartment (I never got home for lunch today yet!) and the tree is STILL STANDING!!!!
I am so happy and proud of Harley for not knocking it over (...yet?) I know he loves to lay under it, but I was just so scared that he would knock the whole thing over. Awww, I am so proud of my Harley!!
