OOOO I am so mad and I am never useing said shipping company again! never!
So I had a large item to ship..so it was cheaper and faster to send it via them...so I send it via said company. well i do most of my printing of labels at home its just easier for me that way i have a scale and everything so i went to do it..and they wouldnt print...than it locked up my computer. Ok so i reset and went back in. they showed it as I had already printed the labels...
So I voided the shipment..and went and made another one...after many tries i finally get the labels printed and sent off. So than I go to check my debit card.
and they charged me TWICE!!!!! 55.17 TWICE thats alot of money to me. We are on a very strict budjet. that 55 bucks was my gas money and some money to the electric company.
So I contact my debit card company and inform them this is what happened. they say thats fine. but we hold the money pending til they collect it, notify us, or 30days has passed! 30days!!!! 30days! thats ALOT OF MONEY for 30days!
They say they have not gotten any notice at all from said delivery company...so i call said delivery company this morning. they say they have notified them..call debit company they request a fax from said delivery company. not a bad request...
call said delivery company...they WILL NOT send the fax. THEY WONT WILL NOT. FLAT OUT REFUSE! Claiming "they sent the information"
So meanwhile..I am out the money..need gas..and have a late electric bill *fumes*
