Hi everyone

I just joined because I like talking about my cats and no one else really wants to listen, haha.

I live in a suburb of Philly with my mom and two cats, but we'll (the cats and I) be moving to an apartment in the city next fall when I attend college there. My older kitty is almost 5 and her name is Staci (stah-see). She's my soulcat and we have a really close relationship. : My other kitty is Muffy who is super friendly and kittenish even though she's 2. Unfortunately, they don't get along at all and I'm trying to fix that. Muffy also has a major cord chewing problem and she's recently chewed two of my laptop's AC adaptors.

Welcome to the site, im new also and feel the same way about you, nobody likes to talk or hear about my kitten, glad you joined and look forward to seeing you around the board, enjoy your visit i know i have.

You are both welcome to talk about your kitties here!!! We LOVE kitties!
(I talk about my kitties whether people like it or not.....If I can`t talk about them then I don`t want to hear about the other persons kids or grandkids!)
Guess the best thing is to only make friends that have and love their pets! Maybe we ought to make up a "Friendship Application" here on TCS that has that as a requirement. He he he

Awww they are soo cute!!!!! Are they spayed???? If not, this may be the reason they don't get along? I don't know just a suggestion- Welcome to TCS btw, we are all crazy cat people LOL and that's all we talk about is our furbabies!!!!!! Tell your girls the kitties and I said hi!

awwww look at them both - they are adorable I sure hope you can fix the problem of them not getting along sorted soon.
As for Muffy chewing the cords - you could purchase some spray called bitter apple which usually stops cats chewing on things you dont want them too.

Please send me or another mentor a message if you need any help at all in
the forums.

Why yes! I can see Muffy just licking her chops thinking of the new cord you've ordered! I had a cat named Muffy... well actually her full name was Muffler on account that we found her hiding in the undercarrage of my aunt's jeep. She was a blue cream short hair with some tabby markings. She wasted away while I was away at college. *sniffles* But now I have a new baby and am planning on building a nice little family. Welcome to our little (big) family here!
