Aniversary gift!!!!

Yay! Im so excited!
Dec 3 is my fiencee and I aniversary (5 years togather) and our gift to each other is adopting another kitty! I cant wait. We are also moving to a new apartment on the 1st. Alot of changes!

We went to one of the foster homes for about 16 cats and we narrowed the choices down to two. One is Sakuras sister who is black and 3yrs and the other is black and white and is six months. Its gonna be a tough decision! I wish i could take them all but we can only afford one more. I have alot of thinking to do.

I was always regreting not adopting sakuras sister but I bonded more with the black and white kitty. Im hoping to see them again later this week and ill take some picures.

Yay! I went to go see the cats again this morning. I couldnt wait. We have decided to get Sakuras sister ( D'ann is her current name). I didnt make a big connection with the black and white kitty, plus i think i would regret not getting D'ann again. I did meat Sakuras brother from a different litter. Im afraid that im gonna feel guilty about him but he is really crazy and likes to jump on all sorts of furniture. I did meet the sweetest kitten this time. She is sick tho but she kept wanting to snuggle with me. Unfornunatly Eric doesnt want such a tiny kitten.

I did take my camera but forgot to take pics. Its hard to remember with so many kittens wanting to play with you. maybe next time.

Oh ya! The cat lady (thats what we call her) gave us one of D'anns cat toys. I gave it to sakura and she sniffed it then played with it like it was her favorite long lost toy. Hopefully its a good sign and that she remembers her sister. It has been a year since she last seen her.

I'm glad you decided to get Sakura's sister. At 3, she is less likely to be adopted than the kitten, and you would always know she was there. I don't think they will remember each other, you will have to do the whole introduction.

Thank you so much all. I can barely sleep the last few nights cause im so excited. Ive already made her a kitty blanket. I made one for sakura when i first got her and she sleeps on it all the time.
Now all I have to do is figure out how im gonna do all this moving and kitty stuff...

Actually he "says" hes a dog person but ever since we got sakura (his first cat) he has changes his ways. Everytime he sees a cat he gets this goofy Im-in-love face on him. <- It looks exactly like this smiley except for being yellow.


We dont have a wedding date yet and we have been engaged for a couple of years now. Everytime we start talking about it something comes up and it gets pushed out of the way.
