aaaaaarrrggghhhhhh

Hi I really need help, I'm having such difficulties in changing the size of my pics. I have tried on several occasions to change the size as I want to show some new pics of Sleeves in Fur Pics.
Ive tried quite a few of the suggestions Ive seen on here but it ends up with me saving the pic about 4 times and then I don't know which one the smaller one is. Ive also tried to use the resize option on photobucket but it just isnt happening for me
Is there a reeeeally simple way of doing this?

Microsoft photo editor is a simple way or googles Picasa 2. Both are easy and simple to use. Also I know others on TCS use Infraview which is another free program.

how do I find microsoft photo editor on my computer? (yes I really need the basics its that bad)
