Wondering about my scaredycat

Sometimes my cat Tripp acts a little paranoid; he gets easily scared at any little noise. He often stares at "ghosts" and scratches at closets. I was wondering if I could find out why he is always on edge, this is a new thing. He just barely started to behave like this only a few months ago and I am a little worried. Thanks.

Don't worry it is typical cat behavior. They hear things in the walls- bugs, mice, whatever-

I often find my two staring up towards the ceiling. Used to give me the heebie jeebies when i first saw Rosie doing it, but they have sharper eyes and ears than us.

My cat does the same thing. He is the definition of a scaredy cat and a little paraniod. I wouldnt worry too much about it. Cats hear and sense thing we cannot, it doesnt mean they may have a problem. Unless things really egt outta hand, looks like you have a great attentive cat!
