Diet and nutrition suggestions?

I have seen cooked vegetables and raw meat suggested on these forums for a cat's diet. Sadly, I am ignorant of these healthy ways and have been feeding my kitties moist food from cans or packets and dry food.

What are some of the best natural foods for kitties?

Cats dont need veggies... they actually can live without grains too but these can be used in small quantities

Also, some veggies - such as onion and garlic - are actually toxic to cats. Meat is definitely the main thing they need....high-quality canned food is an excellent choice.
