Does anyone feed Nature's Variety Praire raw/freeze dried food? My vet suggested possibly starting to feed Sash some of this raw food twice a week to help out with his sensitive stomach. If anyone use's this food what do you think of it and do your cats like it? I'd appreciate any advice.

Yes, if you could send me the links I'd appreciate it! Sash currently eats Royal Canin and Natural Balance.

Oh and a quick suggestion give hima dry food with just one grain and preferable one meat.... Natural choice the regular formula has to meats and one grain... Natural balence makes a wonderful venison and pea formula

I have fed Nature's Variety and liked it very much. It is too expensive for me to feed my entire gang even with the discount I get from work, but when I can afford it they love it!

My kitties are on Nature's Variety dry, mixed with wet (when I can afford it, semiferal is right...eight cats on Nature's Variety is EXPENSIVE). They also get raw chicken gizzards, livers, hearts, and sometimes ground meat as an add-on to their food.

Even before I added the raw supplements, when the cats were just on the Nature's Variety, there was a big and obvious change in them. My four kitties that have black (one solid black, one tuxedo, one tortie, one cow black and white), the color just deepened and sparkled. All the cats got softer coats, even my oldest cat which has always had a rough, dandruffy coat has softened out and lost her flaky backside.

My cats and dogs really like the raw! I also feed HealthyPetNet dry food. You can learn more about that on my naturaldogcatfood link below. The cats especially love the dry.
