What has your cat done that amazes you?

I am shocked. I thought it was a fluke one day because I had been putting treats on the keyboard..

BUT NOPE ITS NOT..shes done it on her own now SEVERAL TIMES

My Dutchy...can type..

She consistantly types Dutchy Hi

ok so its usually in lower case heh. my friends on yahoo have gotten several messages that contain that and get confused..i caught her doing it this mornin!

Snickers turns off the light in the bathroom. He does a lot with those big tufty paws of his, but his main thing is to reach up while on the sink, & switch the light off!

Zorro & Hammie open the closet doors by curling their paws underneath (they are the non-turn-the-knob kinda knobs). Zorro learned yesterday how to open the big bin I keep the dry food in. He pigged.

And Dusty can do vertical jumps. When she gets frisky she goes from standing still in one spot, then jumping straight up in the air! She gets some serious air, too.

Sluggo knows when to beg for a treat. Whenever he sees the dogs getting a handout he goes to the corner of the kitchen where the stool is and jumps up on it and sits. He then gets a treat. Smart kitty. Of course Pandora then follows suit, but it's Sluggo who figured it out.

Neither could I..til I saw it.

Can't believe how powerful his front quarter power is. I have had several cats in my days but none have anywhere near Rajahs front quarter power. How warm he is. He just knows when I am feeling down and will always be their comfort me. Every single time I might hurt myself or feel bad, mad or heartbroken he is always their to purring and trying to make feel better.

Not a lot really - but their beauty amazes me everyday!

My Cat Sibohan knocks on doors she waits for somone to say come in and then she wacks the knob and prances into the room... she hasn't got the nack of closeing it after her yet but one can only do so much.
Duke carries on converstions with the television and if you are taking on the phone thinks you are talking to him and meows and meows until you hang up the phone.

Jupiter can open my bedroom door.

I had just applied fake tan and was standing in some weird position, naked, waiting for it to dry, when all of a sudden the door flew open!

he can also open my sisters door and lets himself in and out when he pleases

Bob will jump on the remote control any time I'm watching a really bad movie.

Tailer knows how to open the cat food canisters. We have to make sure that we always close them tightly, because if we don't he'll jump up there, work his paw under the latch, flip it up, and open up the lid. I didn't believe it until one night when my husband and I stood outside the kitchen window and saw him do it! He can also open screen doors and doors with a lever-type doorknob. He's figured out how to open regular doorknobs, too, he just can't manage to get a good enough grip on them to turn them.

hehehe we have some talented kitties!

I'm just happy when my 2 respond to the appropriate name!

They are smart babies I just think we've yet to see all thier tallents! But then they are my babies!

Whenever I say "where's my baby?" Katie comes running. Besides this being totally adorable, I'm amazed at how much Katie has put up with in the 12 plus years I've had her - many moves, including from Belgium to the U.S. when she was a kitten and the introduction of four new cats into her life.
She's taken it all in stride and has always been a sweet, funny and adaptable girl.
