Movin' on up!
Opie seems to have established a schedule: he gets up, between 0900-1200, looks out the window or back door until 1:30, when Bill gets home. He, then sits on Bill's lap or plays until our dinner time. When I'm on swing shift, Opie goes to bed with Bill, 8:00-8:30. When I'm on days or off, the lap sitting is divided between us. I wish that I could sleep as deeply as that cat.

I often wish I could live like my two babies. Spoiled rotten, they are!!:tounge2:

Trent has a definite schedule, which he does not like to change and gets all out of whack when it is changed. He gets up with me at 6:30, generally stays up most of the morning (maybe a few catnaps!). I play with them at lunch, and then he sleeps all afternoon. He usually come stumbling out around 6:00, plays until about 8:00, sleeps 2 hours. Then he turns into wild-baby until about midnight. Then he curls up with me until morning. (Can you tell he's Mommy's Boy?!?)

He gets all confused on the weekends when I don't have to get up that early. Usually tries to get us up anyway.
And he yells at both of us if we stay up too late and mess up his bedtime.

What a silly boy!

Sometimes I think it would be nice to enjoy an easy simple life like my cat does. Just think...no job, no bills, no stress, no conflicts, no worries.

Snowball gets up when I have to start getting ready for work. Usually, he eats some of his cat food, which is available 24/7, and then just wants to find a warm place where he can rest quietly. He sleeps off and on during the day, and then really wakes up about 2:30 or 3:00 p.m. when I get home from work. Then he has a little more to eat, some cuddle time in my lap, and some play time. During the evening he alternates between different activities. His routine stays about the same every day regardless of what we are doing.
