Amy congratulations to you both! What a fantastic proposal story - it brought tears to my eyes and....of course....the ring is gorgeous.

How wonderful that Brad proposed at the start of your vacation, it must have made the whole weekend so special.

Your messages have all been so sweet and thoughtful!

The one thing we have decided on so far is that the wedding will be sometime next fall (hopefully October) and will be in the afternoon (4pm-ish). I just bought a bunch of wedding books and magazines, but I have a bit more schoolwork to do before I can start reading
. Hopefully I'll get the trip pictures posted this evening!

Bradley has been very sick this past week (flu+diabetes=baaaad), but we did manage to set a date: Oct. 7th, 2006. We both wanted a fall wedding, and that was the only weekend open with regards to all of my other friends getting ready next fall! :Frusty:

We do not have a place YET, but we do have 5-6 in mind, so we're trying to narrow it down. Hopefully we'll have the ceremony/reception site down by the end of the week!

I am very sorry to hear your fiance has been ill...but congrats on setting your date and a wonderful date it is! My anniversary is October 8th...and I still think October can be one of the most beautiful months to get married in..with the golden Fall light
