I have been very sick lately with bronchitis and asthma. Last Friday I was put on oral steroids to get the asthma under control.

For two days I was bedridden, pretty much attached to a nebuliser and slept and slept and slept.

Yesterday I jumped up, cleaned my house probably for about six to eight hours, cooked rainbow trout for dinner, made an apple crumble pie, washed, dried and ironed piles and piles of washing, changed the sheets on the bed and did some gardening!!

Couldn't work out was the matter with me (lol) until I realised it must be the steroids. Thank goodness only on them for two more days!! Hehehehehe...

But gotta say, next time I'm feeling a bit slack I think Maxey might be popping one in my coffee!! It was amazing!!

I know what those oral steroids do to you. Sends your heart racing, your blood is just pumping and it does something to your adrenaline??? It's almost the same effect as eating a whole pound of coffee beans.

Just watch out, being on steriods will make you grow hair on your face and you might start feeling really manly. Or so I heard.
