Watery butt

Hi!

I have a stray cat that comes around sometimes. Pretty sure it is a stray and not a neighbor's cat: she hunts and seems to live off of the many mourning doves...

Anyways, tonight she has a watery butt and just seems to not feel well... don't think she would let me catch her to take to a vet. Any advice? Any food I could give her that might help?

I'm pretty sure I saw a post on "watery butt" here before, but without search, I can't get to it..

Is there a possibility that she could be pregnant and in labor?

nope. she has spaying scars. Good guess though!
