Laving the Kids alone Overnight

This weekend I am going to go to my parents for my Father's birthday and will be leaving my Kitty's alone for the first time since I moved into my apartment. I will be laving Saturday and coming back sunday afternoon. Any advice for a nervous mother other than the basic, make sure the litter is clean, loads of water, enough dry food etc.

My kitties do really well when I'm away. They're a little clingy when I get back but mostly sleep while I'm gone anyway. Try not to worry too much, most cats do fine. I think you have it pretty much figured out!

i leave mine alone all the time for short periods, up to a week. the litterboxes need attention at that time, so if i can't be there, i have someone check on them. since there's 3 of them, i figure they can keep each other company. yours should do fine for that short time.
