Rhonda,

If I understand your question correctly, I think you want to go into Norton and click on Norton Anti-Spam and then "configure" It should allow you to turn off and on the program and there should be a place "allow" and "block" section so you can choose who to receive and block email from.

One of our computer gurus will be along shortly, Rhonda, and will surely have the exact solution for you! In the mean time, to bring up Norton Anti-Spam, try double clicking your little Norton icon in the the lower left corner of your computer. It looks sort of like a yellow socker ball with a tic tac toe board on it. This brings up the Norton Internet Security page. On the left hand side, you should have four options, the bottom of which is "Norton Antispam". If you click on this, it will take you to your Antispam features.

Hope some of this helps at least a little, either way, we'll get it straight! Computer's are so great, but can be such a pain!
