photo help

Help!!
I tried to put a photo in "fur babies pictures" I joined Photobucket uploaded my pic. OK, but when I put it in all I got on the message board was the address no picture

You need to copy and paste the code for your image: That's the third (last) option under the photo.

I just checked - you're using Flickr, not Photobucket. You want an image hosting site that will allow you a hot link. You can open up a free account at www.photobucket.com, www.imageshack.us , or one of the ones found here:http://www.free-webhosts.com/free-image-hosting.php

Thanks, I joined photobucket as well as flicker tried again and got a red cross instead of a picure this time!

Did you post it in the same thread? Sometimes an x shows up because there's a problem at the host website. Photobucket is going to be "down" for maintenance for a while tomorrow, so they might be having problems.

I just checked - you copied "tag" instead of "image". You have to copy and paste the third option, where you see IMG. I just changed it for you, and your photo is showing up. She's a beautiful cat, and there's a definite resemblance.
