This is a funny and gross story about a can of cat food. My mom went shopping for cat food and when she got to the food isle she smelt a horrible smell. There was a very old lady next to her so she thought mabye she had an "accident"
, and picked up the food and left. Then some kids and moms started gagging and ran to the bathroom, now the whole store started to smell! So my mom loads the cat food and other items on the line, and it seems the smell has re-appeared, everyone is now looking at my mom thinking she did something! She packs the food and goes to the car, and it seems the smell is following her. So she checks the bottom of her shoe, mabye she stepped in dog diarreah? Her shoe is clean, but now her car smells, what is going on here? She gets home and unloads the canned cat food, then this thick, brown gunk starts dripping all over, and it turns out 4 cans of cat food were left opened on the shelf for months, and when my mom picked them up the smell re-emerged! Our whole house smelt like something died, and every item of food and boxes smelt like feces, I almost threw up! She got rid of the cans, and cleaned all the food boxes off, and our house got better smelling. She never returned the cans, but now she knows what to look out for. Apparently our store doesnt check for rotten food, so the health officials were called and I think the store is in big trouble now!
