Welcome to TCS! I noticed that your message ends with a "
" and I really want to encourage you that your situation may not be as bad as all that.
Both cats & horses really react to what's going on in their world, and it could be so many things setting the cat off! She might have some sort of bladder problem, she's not spayed, so yup, those hormones ARE making whatever it is worse. I've adopted cats that were "unadoptable" from the kill-shelter & in the end, they turned out to be great family members! Please, please don't give up hope & please don't give up on your cat!! You can send PM (Private Messages) to any of the members, for extra encouragment, there are just so many resources here to help!
{{{Prayers & vibes}}} coming your way for a quick improvement in your situation

At the kitty's beck and call
Hi there

I'm sorry that it was troubling circumstances that brought you to us here at TCS. I hope that your kitties issues are resolved soon. It's great that you're getting her spayed - repeated heat cycles are so stressful for a cat and can lead to health problems. The advice you've received in your thread is good advice and you will probably find that she will become a lot calmer after being spayed.

After the surgery she will need a quiet haven while she recovers, so keeping her away from the children who visit the house will be important.

Good luck!!
