Information for Veterinarians
We are the Delaware Valley's leading low-cost spay/neuter program that specifically assists people who can demonstrate a genuine financial need. Since 1990, TSC and our local vets have worked together to sterilize more than 32,000 cats and dogs. As TSC has grown over the years, our need for participating vets has grown as well. We would like to invite you to join TSC and our network of dedicated vets, in helping to solve pet overpopulation in the Greater Philadelphia area!

TSC's spay/neuter program differs from others in several important respects — differences which we believe make our program more "vet-friendly":

Our applicants must provide proof that they meet our income guidelines. Currently, our income limit to qualify for assistance is $35,000. We do make exceptions for people who are trapping feral cat colonies.
You determine your own surgery prices as a TSC participating vet.
We target those who are truly in need, by distributing flyers and TSC applications in low-income neighborhoods, subsidized housing, etc.
Ninety percent of TSC certificates are either partially or fully subsidized.
You are free to place any (reasonable) restrictions you wish on your participation in our program.
TSC is a local organization that serves the Greater Philadelphia area.
Research has consistently shown that cost is the main obstacle that prevents people from having their pets altered. With your help, this is a problem that we can overcome! Below are links to some information to familiarize you with our program. Working together, we can make giant strides toward ending pet overpopulation in our area. Thank you for considering a partnership with TSC.
