Why do I see red x's instead of pictures sometimes.
I can see most of the pictures.
Sometimes when I see a red x, I can tell from the other posts that other people could see the picture.

It's likely that the photo hosting site in question is down for a short while, and the link just can't happen at the particular moment that you are looking. Check back later, and all will probably be well.
