I just got a phone call from a neighbor with kids. I've been wondering why I haven't had any trick or treaters. It's not a custom here, except around the U.S. bases, but we normally get a few neighborhood kids coming, because they know I'm American and have treats for them. Apparently, ZsaZsa was hanging around out front, and hissing and spitting at the kids in their costumes, so they were afraid to ring the bell. I had asked her other owner to keep her inside this evening, too. I wonder how many other kids were scared off? Bummer. And what do I do with all the little packs of gummy bears and chocolate?
