You can put a collar on a kitten pretty early. I put collars on my 2 cats when they were about 2 months old. MAKE SURE YOU GET SAFETY COLLARS DESIGNED FOR KITTENS. Most of the safety collars out there are designed for a heavier cat/ the best kind for kittens are the ones with the elastic that stretches when it is aught on something. As far as peeing in the tub there are much worse things like tables and carpet. I wouldnt worry too much. The cat will grow out of it and at least it is easy to clean just rinse the tub with water before you take a shower. I suspect that you either need to keep the box cleaner, or try placing the box in another spot. It is always a good idea to have more then 1 box. I would also take the cat to the vet if she/he is peeing in the tub/could be a medical condition causing this problem.

I don`t use collars either...but both of my cats are INDOOR only.
I`s try the 2nd litter box if I were having this tub peeing problem, as i have heard on here that some cats don`t want to poop and pee in the same one.
Boy do I feel lucky that both of my cats will use the same single litter box for everything....i hope that never changes! (Although if we ever add another 1/2 bath like we are talking about I might put one in there too...just in case)

Sometimes you just have to let them duke it out to determine who is boss amongst themselves. As long as they aren't drawing blood on each other they are fine. They are like kids, they will have their disagreements.

Check the other post you made asking the same question. I responded to that one. You may just need more litterboxes. Two cats should have 3 boxes. Always one more then you have cats if there are problems.

If the kitten isn't spayed yet she will become crazy when the hormones and heat cycle kick in and assuming that your older cat is fixed already like she should be, there can be even more problems between the two of them.

Ok it is good to spay them before the heat starts. Believe it or not it actually greatly reduces the risk of disease and cancer when the cat is older.
