I might goo to a haunted 'house' with some friends. It is actually in an old abandoned train station, and all funds raised will be helping to restore this historical building. I went to it last friday.. whooie.. it scared me thats for sure.. especially when I was being chased by a guy with a chainsaw, and when a truck came through the wall!

Also, my mum comes home from the hospital tomorrow
And possibly go looking around at different stores. Not sure about that one though..

I was invited to a party tonight and debating about going. I'm leaning towards no...I know everyone is going to be drunk and I don't want to play nurse maid all night.

Then I'm planning on working tomorrow and possibly Sunday. Monday night I have plans with some friends to have a horror movie marathon which ought to be a lot of fun. (I took Monday and Tuesday off so I'm counting them as part of the weekend.)

I don't think I'll be doing too much this weekend. My poor bf is home sick with the stomach flu and I doubt he'll be up to doing much, so I'll probably just tidy up the apartment and get some groceries.

Thats no good about your bf John has had a horrible head cold for a week now, he's worn out from working 2 shifts this week so we are having a relaxing weekend. I hope your bf feels better soon, hopefully you don't catch that horrible flu!

DH and I get to do tons of housework! All summer, we kind of let all the inside projects pile up, and now that the weather is crappy, it's time to work on them.

I just finished decorating the bathroom off of our room (I hate the term "master bath" master who??), now it's time to start the bedroom. Dave has had this house for years and didn't decorate anything. Now, I probably would have had to redo it if he had...

Oh, yes, and we will soon be celebrating our 1 year anniversary. We need to figure out how we're going to celebrate!

GOOD LUCK! I'm sure it'll go great

I'm getting my oil changed (Not so fun, but we're going on vacation next week, so it must be done) tomorrow, then doing housework and schoolwork. Also, of course, we'll be watching the biggest college football game of the year- UGA vs. UF.
GOOO DAWGS!
Sunday it's church and then mom and I are going to see a production of a great show called "A...My Name is Alice." Should be a great weekend

Beth- Happy Anniversary!

Enjoying today with my girlies along with a bit of laundry and things of the sort. Working the night shift 8p-8a Sat. and Sun. nights. I know, I should really stop leading such an exciting life

Have a great weekend, everyone!

Well, tomorrow, I have to run out to 'burbs and get my car so that on Sunday, I can go to the Pumpkin Fest with my pals. Yay Pumpkin Fest!!

There will probably be the requisite college-Halloween-weekend viewing of Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Music Box at midnight Saturday/Sunday. Complete with dressing my friend Matt up as Dr. Frank-n-furter. He has nice legs which look good in fishnets

Also, I am playing a Varese piece with Percussion ensemble. Probably immediately preceding Rocky Horror.

And there will be some homework hastily shoved in there somewhere.

And tomorrow morning before I leave, I will be making pancakes for Ian and I, and then going to the Green City Market for this week's produce. I'ma be busy!!

Tonight I'm going to be a couch potato, dividing the time between my crew and baby Jessie. Tomorrow it's running errands in the a.m., then off to Halloween party at the retirement home where my Grandma lives. It's mainly for the kids, so all my little cousins will be there. Then, I have to come home and clean for company on Sunday. A friend just now called and said she'll be in town this weekend and wants stop by for breakfast at 8:00 a.m. At least she's bringing the bagels. Then, I having more company in the afternoon to watch the Bengals game. This is way more sociable than I usually am in one day.

Saturday we are going to cut back the Hostas, vacuum the leaves and mow, plus move some flowering plants around a bit, plant Tulip bulbs, take care of the oudoor furniture and big flower pots for the winter and then turn our clocks back that night and sleep in an extra hour Sunday AM!

I am attending an all day conference about health care & diabetes, at our convention center Sat.
Last year Della Reese from Touched by an Angel was the keynote speaker. She was really good. People from all over the country attend. It will be a busy but informative day.

Well my weekend is half way through! Last night I went out with some friends and we had a really good time, didn't get home until early in the morning. Then I had to get up at 4am(not much sleep huh!!) and get ready for the A & P show in Clareville. It took us about an hour to drive over there, I only had my Bridget girl entered. There were three in her class and she took third place!

It was SOOOOOOO hot over there - mid 20's, and it was SUCH a fun day! Now I'm at home relaxing and about to watch TV and make a few phone calls. Probably have an early night tonight.

Not too sure about my plans for tomorrow yet but tomorrow night I'm being shouted out to dinner at our local Jap Thai place! YUM!

First I do have to go out to get the rest of my Halloween costume; I like to dress up when I hand out the candy; so I'm going to be a Cow Girl this year. I also have to buy a gift for my sisters baby shower and also a few more things for the babyshower that I'm holding here at my place. When Anthony gets home we are going to carve the pumpkin together, and then head back out to his mom and dads place to hook up the big screen TV and surround sound. Then we will come back home and watch a couple of movies and go to bed. Sunday we will most likely sleep in and then make our Sunday morning breakfast, after that I have house cleaning to do (laundry, vacuum, dust est.). I will relax after that.

My boyfriend Mark and I are taking his 19 month old daughter Kayla trick or treating tonight....she's going to be a giraffe. She keeps grabbing the pants and running around yelling "giraffe pants, giraffe pants!" I can't wait, it's going to be so cute, and she says "trick-or-treat" really well too!

It's half over. i had a DIY project today - rescreening the back balcony with new "cat net", as the old net was starting to fray. I figured it would take about 2 - 3 hours, as I've done it before (albeit the last time I did the back was over five years ago), and it's "only" a matter of putting 14 square meters of net on 6 2m telescopic rods, about 1/3 below the railing, and the rest above. I wish. I got one section partly done, between two rods, and then ran into a major problem. The next three rods wouldn't collapse! I had to cut the old netting off with scissors, take the rods down, and then get my husband to help me "unstick" the rods when he got home from work. They had rusted inside, so he finally used oil and a hammer to get them to collapse. By that time it was too late to finish, so Jamie has to do without his balcony tonight, and is very unhappy about it. I guess I better figure on it taking 5 or 6 hours to finish tomorrow! Hubby has to work again, so I'll have to do it alone, and getting the right amount of net between rods, and then threading first the bottom part, and then the top, is no piece of cake. Oh, well - it's a "must".

I am SOOOO good! The twins are shod and I didn't buy a single pair of shoes for ME! I DO have a new purple leather checkbook cover, though and someone is getting a cute pair of Christmas kitty socks.

Sam and I took the girls to the mall play area and then had lunch. Feliza and Isabel love fried rice and beef & broccoli. I "just happened" to have two Hershey's kisses in my fanny pack. That got me some sticky hugs and kisses

Volunteering at he Cat Association! And relaxing, taking time for myself.

Our painting is done...for the weekend anyway! The fumes are still strong in here too. DH did the bedroom and hallway and I am closer to finishing my border. Maybe next weekend!

Nothing exciting in this weekend. Laundry, assorted bookkeeping stuff, a little tidying in the garden, that kind of thing. And very shortly, I'm going to go find a book and a cat, and sog for a while before putting a dinner of "experienced food" (I'm not allowed to call it leftovers) together. Tomorrow, church and more of the same.

This weekend has been pretty great so far!

Yesterday morning my mom and I were to fly back to Orlando from Columbia, SC (where I had a grad school interview) at 8:20am. Well, there was a lighting problem in our plane so we got switched to the next direct flight to Orlando which was at 11:25! That's 3 hours of waiting in the airport! Luckily the (young) pilot from our original plane was hanging out in the terminal and talking to my mom and I a bit. So, when he was getting ready to hop on another plane and fly out I decided to get gutsy and gave him my number since he said he's in Orlando a lot! It was so much fun!

Last night me, Tiff, Derek, and Eric headed to Daytona Beach to watch my brother be Gene in a Kiss tribute band at an Irish pub. They do an AMAZING show and it was a BLAST! I went in my bunny costume and Tiff was St. Pauli's Girl! My goodness I can't even tell you what a good t ime that was.

Now today I've got to work!
