If you use the WYSIWYG option for "Message Editor Interface" in the options panel of the user CP you can change the colour and font etc - not sure about other options, but I would think the code would work aswell.

At the top of the reply box there are dropdowns for font, size & color. You can type your text & then highlight it & select the color, etc from the dropdown & it will add the code.

Rhonda, the way I usually do it is to type in all my text first. Then I left click and drag the mouse arrow across the text to highlight it blue. After that, I click on the color arrow and click on a color from the dropdown list. It will automatically wrap code around the text you highlighted. This works with all of the other buttons too, such as bold, italic, center etcetera.

That method does not work for me. Could be a Mac thing or a Safari thing.

You're right. It could be a Mac thing. On a Windows OS it works with either Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer. It might even be a Safari thing. One thing I'm sure of though is that it's probably not a Deb thing.
