I did it two years ago starting October 1. I did great on it, and lost about 20 - 25 pounds, but I went on a cruise, and rather than splurging for a while, I just never stopped eating! LOL. So I'm starting again. I like being able to plug in the ingredients for a recipe and have it tell you the points, and being able to look up foods, including those at restaurants!

How much did it cost to do it online?

I'm thinking there was a start up that was about $30, and it was between $10 and $15 a month.

I did it a few years ago and lost about 15 pounds. I need to go on another diet, and am considering WW again.

Did you do it online?

One of my co-workers does it but not online. She has lost over 25 lbs already! She looks great! Sorry I know that doesn't help but just putting in my

Yes, I did it totally on-line. I don't have time for meetings, and don't like listening to a bunch of people yap about some recipe made from diet jello! (I was in regular WW with my Mom many years ago!) I think the on-line option is great for many people. Are you going to do it?

One nice thing, is the points are very straight forward. You earn more points by exercising, so it is good incentive to MOVE, and you can count things like mowing the lawn or shoveling stalls as exercise. And foods with low calories and high fiber are less points than high fat, high sugar foods. But with so many options....I remember changing from cheesecake (9pts) for my birthday to angelfood cake with fruit. Normally, that would make me feel deprived, but I felt like I got away with something, to be able to eat cake and not cost a lot of points.

I am so glad this came up, I'm going to start WW on line because a friend is going to meetings now, but will swith to online as soon as she quits nursing her daughter. Something about needing to weigh in person, because of increased points or something silly like that. Anyway I would have never heard of the on line option if not for her. Plus it's cheaper, and I don't have time for meetings and the times they have them aren't good either. Thanks for the input it helps to hear from those who have actully done it.
