I saw this website Cat Agility It looks interesting-- I looked at the schedule and the closest one is in Oklahoma and thats a good 12-16 hours from me-- Anyone do this with their cats? i love watching agility trials for dogs but never imagined cat agility would be a possibility.

it says on their site that some cats are clicker trained or taught by their owners certain commands and others are lured with feather teasers and such-- go to the pictures link and you can see some cool pictures showing one cat who caught the lure and another who is doing it without a lure- dont know if her mom is doing it with a clicker or voice commands. I can easily see peanut Butter doing agility with a lure. I wish someone in our area would do agility of some kind with at least one species! lol

I think some CFA shows are having agility in conjunction with them now. But not too many. I've only recently heard about this, and saw a video on cbs.com when I was poking about.

We've run several of our bengals through the agility courses at the TICA cat shows. Good fun!
One of ours even made the best time/least errors. I'm still waiting for our Million dollar first prize....heh.
All kidding aside, it's alot of fun and many cats do take to it.
